What Can Be Returned?
- Products Covered: Our policy includes cold plunges and accessories(except for filters)
- Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to start a return.
Fees and Costs
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Make sure to use the original packaging to protect the item during transit.
- Restocking Fee: Once your order has been returned, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to the returned products.
How to Return Your Item
- Get in Touch: Contact our Customer Support Team to begin your return. They will give you instructions on what to do next.
- Pack It Up: Securely package the item in its original packaging or a suitable alternative to ensure it doesn't get damaged.
- Send It Back: Ship the return package to the address provided by our Customer Support Team. Include your name on the package so we can easily identify it.
- Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it to make sure it meets our return criteria. Allow 7-10 business days for us to process the refund once we get the item.
- Refund Notification: We'll send you an email when your refund has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method you used.
Items That Can't Be Returned
- Items that are damaged due to misuse or are not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.
