These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Plunge City website (

) and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

1. Use of this website

1.1 The website is provided for personal and lawful use only.
1.2 You must not use the website in any way that is illegal, fraudulent, misleading or that may harm Plunge City or other users.
1.3 We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice.

2. Products and information

2.1 We aim to ensure product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate; however, minor variations may occur.
2.2 All weights, measurements and specifications are approximate and provided for guidance only.
2.3 We may update or discontinue products at any time without notice.

3. Pricing and payment

3.1 All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
3.2 We may change prices at any time. The price payable for your order is the price displayed at the time you submit the order, subject to clause 3.3.
3.3 If there is a clear and obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order or contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price. If you do not wish to proceed, we will refund any amounts paid.
3.4 Payment must be received in full before we dispatch your order.

4. Orders and acceptance

4.1 By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
4.2 After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email acknowledges that we have received your order but does not guarantee acceptance.
4.3 A binding contract is formed when we accept your order by processing payment and/or dispatching the products.
4.4 We may refuse or cancel an order for any reasonable reason, including suspected fraud, product unavailability, or where we consider the order to be unusually large or high risk. If this happens, we will notify you and refund any amounts paid.

5. Shipping, delivery and risk

5.1 Shipping options, fees and estimated delivery timeframes are set out on our Shipping page and are subject to change.
5.2 Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control (such as carrier delays, weather events or access issues). We pack and dispatch orders within 24 hours where possible.
5.3 Risk in the products passes to you when the products are delivered to the delivery address you provide, or when they are left in a safe location you have authorised.
5.4 You are responsible for ensuring that access for delivery is suitable (including driveways, entryways and safe placement locations) and for any additional fees charged by carriers for redelivery or difficult access. Sydney showroom pickup is available at 9 Sirius Rd, Lane Cove West, NSW 2066.

6. Returns and refunds

6.1 Our Returns Policy sets out when and how you may return products and claim a refund or exchange for change‑of‑mind or non‑faulty items.
6.2 Our Returns Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions. It is available on our website and should be read together with this document.
6.3 Nothing in our Returns Policy or these Terms and Conditions limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law to a repair, replacement or refund where the goods fail to meet consumer guarantees.

7. Warranty

7.1 Our Warranty page sets out the standard and extended warranty terms that apply to our cold plunges and related products.
7.2 The Warranty page forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
7.3 Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. The additional warranties we provide are in addition to, and not in place of, your statutory rights.

8. Health and safety

8.1 Cold water immersion carries inherent risks. You should consult your doctor before using our products to ensure it is suitable for your health and condition.
8.2 Always have someone present when using the plunge and limit immersion time to no more than 5 minutes or as advised by your doctor. You are responsible for monitoring your own health and safety during use.
8.3 Follow all instructions: unplug the unit before entry, remove the pump prior to use, ensure the plunge is locked when not in use, and unplug before any maintenance or cleaning.
8.4 If using ozone, run it for no more than 30 minutes, only when no one is on the property, and in a well‑ventilated area.
8.5 You must comply with all applicable local and state regulations regarding installation, use and maintenance (including signage, fencing and safety requirements where relevant).
8.6 Plunge City is not responsible for any damage, injury or loss arising from misuse, failure to follow instructions or non‑compliance with safety guidelines, except to the extent required by law.

9. Consumer guarantees and liability

9.1 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
9.2 Where the Australian Consumer Law permits, our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee in relation to goods is limited, at our option, to one or more of the following:

  • replacement of the goods or supply of equivalent goods

  • repair of the goods

  • payment of the cost of replacing the goods or acquiring equivalent goods

  • payment of the cost of having the goods repaired.

9.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to clause 9.1:

  • we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss (including water damage from leaks or improper use); and

  • our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with the website, products or these Terms and Conditions is limited to the amount you have paid for the products giving rise to the claim.

10. Intellectual property

10.1 All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics and design, is owned by or licensed to Plunge City and is protected by intellectual property laws.
10.2 You may view and use the website for personal, non‑commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the website without our prior written consent.

11. Privacy

11.1 We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on this website.
11.2 By using the website or placing an order, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Third‑party services and links

12.2 We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third‑party websites. Use of third‑party websites is at your own risk.
